•24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
• Due to the nature of personal care services, all services are non-refundable once performed.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service.
• Arriving 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the cancellation fee may apply.
